Software License

Effective August 20, 2026

This license covers any hubpond software or browser component made available to access the search service.

This is a general license draft and requires review by qualified counsel before use in a production software distribution.

Permission to use

We grant a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable permission to use the software for its intended purpose while you comply with this agreement.

What you may not do

You may not copy, sell, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, or try to extract source code from the software except where the law expressly gives you that right.

Updates and ending the license

The software may update for security or compatibility. You may stop using it at any time by uninstalling or disabling it. This license ends if you materially breach its terms.

No warranty

The software is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, hubpond disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential losses.
